Have you tried just using the voice mode on ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude? It does what you are saying pretty well I think.
The concept is strong. people already “brain dump", but nothing turns that chaos into usable actions. If your app can reliably extract tasks, ideas, and worries into clear next steps, it would help way beyond ADHD. The real challenge is making the AI’s interpretations accurate enough that people trust it.
Nothing stopping you from using an existing notes app to record your thoughts using your device's built in transcription. Then copy and paste it into ChatGPT with a prompt like "here is my brain dump. Give me a short analysis and any actionable items".
To add to the idea - using AI to find connected thoughts and create a mind-map of the ideas. Then it can organize the map into logical steps that need to be taken to accomplish the goal. It can also organize them into easiest to hardest so that the person is rewarded for their accomplishments early.
